  • MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Damien Keys

    Damien is a geologist with 20 years experience in mining and exploration across a range of commodities. Damien has led teams to exploration success with Gold Fields Australia, Silver Lake Resources, Black Cat Syndicate and most recently at Spectrum Metals with the discovery of the Penny North Gold Mine. Damien has completed a PhD in Structural Geology at James Cook University in Townsville.

    Alec Pismiris

    Alec is currently a director and company secretary for several ASX listed companies as well as a number of unlisted public and private companies. Alec completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Western Australia, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of The Governance Institute of Australia. Alec has over 30 years’ experience in the securities, finance and mining industries and has participated numerous times in the processes by which boards have assessed the acquisition and financing of a diverse range of assets and has participated in and become familiar with the range of evaluation criteria used and the due diligence processes commonly adopted in the commercial assessment of corporate opportunities. Other current directorships: Agrimin Limited, Frontier Resources Limited, the Market Herald Limited and Pacton Gold Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

    Joanne Bergamin

    Joanne is a seasoned communications and sustainability professional with expertise across the resources and energy sectors in Queensland - most notably with miner QEM (ASX:QEM), Arrow Energy (ASX:AOE) and the national Women in Sustainable Energy & Resources (WISER) network which she founded and chairs. She holds Bachelors of Arts and Commerce, and an MBA, all awarded by the University of Queensland where she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Energy in 2022.

    Fred White

    Fred is a North Queensland-based mining executive with extensive experience in gold and base metals. Starting from operational roles, he rose to General Manager of Pb/Zn Processing at Mount Isa, leading the concentrator upgrade from 6.5Mtpa to 8.0Mtpa and serving on the Xstrata Zinc Board after MIM’s takeover. He later ran Sea Swift, Australia’s largest private shipping company, driving a 5x valuation uplift for shareholders. Most recently, he founded and operates the Mount Barker Silver Mine, exporting high-grade silver-lead-zinc direct to China. Mr White brings deep expertise in operations, logistics, production, and start-ups to the Board.

  • Exploration Manager

    Matt Price

    Matt has over 12 years experience in mineral exploration and holds a Master’s degree in Geosciences from Royal Holloway, University of London. Matt has extensive experience within Queensland having explored the Mt Isa and Charters Towers provinces for copper, gold, lead-zinc, uranium and rare earth elements. He has also led a porphyry copper exploration team in northern Chile. Most recently, Matt was involved with the restart of the Capricorn Copper Mine for EMR Capital overseeing Exploration and Resource Development.
